In addition to all the nature hikes, water fun, and arts and crafts activities, The Shenandoah Scouts Program teaches our campers environmental concepts taken from the Virginia Science Standards of Learning within the following content areas for second through third grade: Scientific Investigation, Reasoning, and Logic; Force, Motion, and Energy; Matter; Life Processes; Living Systems; Interrelationships in Earth/ Space Systems; Earth Patterns, Cycles, and Change; and Resources.  By reviewing these topics during the summer, our campers will be ahead of the curve when they return to school in the fall.

Please complete the following steps to register for this session: 


Step One:

Either complete the registration form online (see below) and use PayPal to pay your nonrefundable $50.00 deposit (Step Two) or print out this registration form, fill it out, and send it to us with a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00.  No Cash Please.  The mailing address of our corporate office is: The RiverRidge Foundation, 156 Twin Oaks Drive, Bentonville, VA 22610.  Make checks payable to The RiverRidge Foundation.

Step Two:  If you are going to include other things like additional t-shirts, and camp transportation, select the shopping cart button.  This allows you to add multiple items and pay once.  If you are only paying the nonrefundable deposit, you can select the "Buy Now" button.  You can use your credit card and not open a PayPal account by selecting the continue button under the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" once you have selected the "Buy Now" button.  Once payment is received, we will send out a welcoming package to you which will include all camp forms, the camp t-shirt, and the final bill.

Step 3: Read through your welcoming package when you receive it (it usually takes about two weeks) and return the completed health form, waiver, and final payment by the due date printed on the final bill.
