RiverRidge is honored to be collaborating with Don Foley of NewsInfoGraphics to create illustrations for our environmental science courses offered through our Academy of Environmental Sciences.  Mr. Foley's stunning portfolio is extensive and includes illustrations and animations for NASA, National Geographic, Scientific American, The Discover Channel, and many others.  He is currently illustrating Al Gore's new sequel to An Inconvenient Truth, called Our Choice.  To view Mr. Foley's work visit http://newsinfographics.com/.

Field Notes

Field Notes is our newest section.  We want to feature your observations about the environment.  Do you keep a nature journal, write songs or poetry, or create artwork about the environment?  We want to feature your work here.  Send your entries to cpackert@riverridgefoundation.org.  To help us get started, Doug Pifer, artist, columnist, and self-taught naturalist will share the columns that he wrote for the Clarke County Courier called, "As The Crow Flies".
These entries will be featured monthly.
